We are proud to announce the launch of a new logo for UONGOZI Institute as part of the evolution of our organisation’s brand.
In 2016, UONGOZI Institute hit some exciting milestones. This year not only marks five years of operations, but also marks the beginning of a new Strategic Plan. This presented a good opportunity for the Institute to evaluate our brand, including the logo, to ensure that it appropriately reflects who we are and where we are going.
A new logo for UONGOZI Institute was therefore developed. The three dots in the new logo visually depict our three pillars; Leadership, Sustainable Development and Africa. These pillars are further reinforced in the logo colours, with blue representing ‘leadership’, green representing ‘sustainable development’; and the triangular shape of the dots deliberately following the angles of the map of Africa.
The task in the upcoming months will be to update all our communication materials, signage, digital platforms, etc., with the new logo. This will begin with a new website which will be launched on Monday, 28 November, 2016. Changing a logo is a process that involves many steps and takes some time, so we will finalize it gradually. We appreciate your patience throughout this transition from the old logo to the new one.
