Designed for emerging leaders and executives in any function or industry across Africa, this programme provides tools for leaders to effectively manage their resources and achieve sustainable development.
Module 1: Essentials of Emotional Intelligence
This module introduces emotional intelligence to individuals who want to understand and improve their emotional intelligence (EI). Strong emotional intelligence skills allow leaders to draw out the best possible team performance, make decisions effectively and solve organisational challenges.
Module 2: Financial Skills for Executives
Succeeding in today’s rapidly changing and challenging organisational environment requires leaders with the ability to make financially sound choices. Participants will understand the fundamentals of finance and accounting to utilise financial information and make better decisions.
Module 3: Efficient Public Service Delivery
This module focuses on developing efficient public service delivery and its implications for customer satisfaction. It provides a toolbox for the leaders to better understand the most useful approaches for efficiently blending services with technology and delivering and managing services successfully.
Module 4: Design Thinking for Organisational Development
This module aims to expose participants to state-of-the-art tools, knowledge, and approaches to help them identify and develop innovative ways of delivering organisational development. After completion, participants will have the tools required to innovate new organisational models for the needs of tomorrow.
Module 5: Essentials of Data and Analytics
This module explores the fundamentals of data and analytics. Participants will understand; modern technologies such as Big Data and Machine Learning, the challenges of building a data and analytics culture, the importance of data sharing between parties, and how data and its strategy play an important role in decision-making.
Module 6: Fundamentals of Change Management
With change being inevitable, the overall purpose of this module is to deepen participants’ understanding of the dynamics of change and exercise a role of authority that facilitates effective interventions to make change happen. Participants will be exposed to concepts and best practices for managing and leading change in their organisations.

Tuition Fee: Euro 880 (TZS 2,100,000) per person (Group packages are negotiable). Candidates can pay in 6 instalments: 25% in advance of registration, and 15% every month for the following five-month period.
