“Maisha Yangu, Kusudi Langu: Kumbukizi ya Rais wa Tanzania” presents the late Benjamin William Mkapa’s account in a language that is understood by majority of Tanzanians and some millions of people across the globe.

H.E. Ali Hassan Mwinyi’s “Mzee Rukhsa: Safari ya Maisha Yangu” recalls his formative years, his leadership journey through to his time as President of Zanzibar as well as the United Republic of Tanzania. The book offers a better understanding of Tanzania’s history and certain decisions he had made while in office.

H.E. Benjamin William Mkapa’s “My Life, My Purpose: A Tanzanian President Remembers” contains his personal life story from his childhood through his career in politics and public service. It offers a first-hand account of being head of state plus his post-retirement involvement in both domestic and international affairs.
